Paternity leave to male worker

The purpose to give paternity leave to male worker was to approach the equality rights for all gender without discrimination sex. And also to encourage active involvement of father in their child's life right from beginning.

Rule and Regulation

1. Two weeks paternity leave allowed.
2. Application of paternity leave must be submitted 1 month before expected date of birth child.
3. Start from the date of birth child and must take continuously.
4. Apply to all male workers which have received working confirmation from employer.
